Without water there would not be life on the planet, as we know them and they are a major component of our existence.

Apart from the fact that our bodies contain mostly water, the external use we make of them encompasses almost every aspect of our existence and being: we drink them, bathe in them, grow our food with them, build our homes and cities with them, vacation in them, etc.

Water is used by us for bathing, purifying, regulating our body heat, balancing our mental state and healing our body and there is almost no area in our lives in which they do not take part. It is no wonder, then, that the water we need for our continued existence occupies an important and crucial place in our consciousness, religious belief, mitzvos, culture, leisure and middle culture, among the most important, our development and wholeness, as individuals and as a society.

Mankind evolved adjacent to waterways, springs, streams, seas. Without water, we are only able to live between one and three days. Our physical connection to water is vital and life-giving.

Living water, in a reality of detachment from nature and distance from the sources of abundance and existence, is taking an increasingly important place in the healing process of the individual, mentally and physically. The sources of living water, the animals, the virtue they have, the energy stored in them of renewal, movement, adaptation, the calming serenity along with the erupting power, awaken us during the process of immersion the systems of existence in our body and bring them back to life and balance.
